On this site, I share facts, anecdotes, stories, and statistics about Charleston on as regular a basis as I can manage. I’m also sharing information related to the Charleston bio, any speaking engagements, and all that sort of thing.

Oscar Charleston: Life and Legend 
I just finished the Oscar Charleston bio. I enjoyed learning about Oscar’s impact to black baseball and beyond. Growing up in the 60’s and 70’s, we did not have the opportunity to hear about great Negro players beyond Paige and Gibson. It is great to see that this bio can be added to all the other enjoyable Negro League books that have been published over the last 25 years.
